Important: Due to last year’s low national uptake, NHS England has requested that children have a minimum of 2 offers at

•             Second session: A ‘mop-up’ session for children who missed the first. The online portal will reopen for parents/guardians who did not return a form for the first session. This visit is generally shorter than the

•First session: Years 7; 8 & 9

•Third session: Scheduled if your school is a cause for concern due to last year’s low

This year, we aim to improve the national uptake and ensure that all eligible pupils have the opportunity to be vaccinated. We count on your continued support to communicate the importance of this initiative and to encourage a return of the consent
